Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Batista Digital Ventures LLC, which operates TRIVLO. By using TRIVLO you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy and the Content Policy.

The service

TRIVLO helps you plan trips and outings: itineraries, place suggestions, maps, travelers’ photos and reviews, and Nara, an AI assistant. Features may vary by region, device or version, and we may change or remove them.

Account

You can use parts of TRIVLO without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for its use and for giving truthful information. You can delete it anytime in Profile › Account.

Acceptable use

Do not use TRIVLO unlawfully, abusively or fraudulently; do not try to access others’ systems or data, disrupt the service, scrape data in bulk, or post content that infringes others’ rights or the Content Policy.

Your content

You own the photos and reviews you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, show, technically adapt and distribute them within the service while they stay posted (and as reasonably needed for backups or legal compliance). We moderate content and may hide or remove it if it breaks the Content Policy.

Intellectual property

TRIVLO, Nara, the app, its design and software belong to Batista Digital Ventures LLC or its licensors. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL); routes by openrouteservice; photos from Wikimedia Commons (under their licenses, credited on the image) and Pexels; data from Wikidata (CC0); weather by OpenWeather.

AI-generated content

Nara’s answers and other suggestions are generated with AI and may be incomplete or wrong (hours, prices, availability, distances). Check them with official sources; they are not professional (medical, legal, financial) advice.

Safety

You assess the risks of every activity and follow local rules and authorities. TRIVLO does not coordinate emergencies: in one, contact emergency services.

Memberships and auto-renewal

Memberships are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically at the end of each period, at the current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before in your Apple or Google account settings. The store charges you. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Third parties

TRIVLO links to or uses third-party services (maps, bookings, events, stores). They are governed by their own terms and we are not responsible for them.

No warranties and limitation of liability

TRIVLO is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or decisions made based on the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law does not allow to be excluded.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or to protect other users or the service. You can stop using TRIVLO and delete your account anytime.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (USA), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
