Delete your TRIVLO account

You can delete your TRIVLO account (by Batista Digital Ventures LLC) and its data anytime.

In the app

Open TRIVLO › Profile › Account › Delete account and confirm (we will ask you to sign in again). It is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@trivlopro.com from your account’s email address with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, saved trips, photos, reviews, memories, visit proofs and what Nara knows about you. Only anonymous per-place statistics (which do not identify you) and what the law requires are kept; backups may take up to 30 days to clear.

Membership

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
